Kate Charlesworth
Kate is an Occupational Therapist specialising in stroke rehabilitation, dedicated to making a meaningful impact on patients' recovery journeys. Passionate about pushing the boundaries of therapy, Kate seeks innovative ways to enhance the delivery of rehabilitation services and address current service gaps. Kate is pursuing a PhD in robotics for stroke rehabilitation, focusing on user requirements for robotic devices and intervention parameters to improve therapeutic outcomes. This research highlights Kate’s ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, working closely with physiotherapists, engineers, and designers.
